| Established General Rules and Bylaws: 1. Name: Established name of the club shall be Kaotik Rollerz. Name is registered in the LowRider Magazine National Club Registry, and cannot be used by any other person/s or organization/s.. 2. Purpose: To bring together those people who are interested in customizing their rides. Membership is open to all years, makes and models of automobiles and motorcycles. All cars need to be built with quality, safety, and tastefulness in mind. 3. Basic Rules: A. No Gang related activities. No drugs allowed. B. Must have good attitude and respect towards others and the community. C. Respect all fellow club members. D. Respect other car clubs, organizations and sponsors. E. Must be dedicated and motivated to keep working on vehicle. F. Interior must be clean and neat. G. Vehicle exterior must be kept neat and clean, especially at any appearances, meets or car shows. H. All members must wear their official shirt at any car show or event that you are participating in. I. Members do not need to live in same city or state. For those who move they may choose to remain a member and represent in their new home city/state. 4. Requirements for Admission: Membership must be approved by at least two senior club officers. There will be 2 categories of membership available to choose from: Competing (Enter shows or make public appearances) Non Competing (Member that does not enter shows or events) Competing members will follow the rules listed starting at 4A through 4H. Non Competing members will only need to follow rules 4A and 4H. A. Vehicles must be clean, tasteful, and well engineered. 1. Vehicle must have at least one body modification. B. Static Drops are allowed for lowered vehicles. 1. Lowered vehicles must have rims that do not extend beyond fender lip. Wheel spacers or any unsafe method of extending wheels beyond body not recommended. C. No stock wheels are allowed, only custom wheels (Chrome, Aluminum, Polished, or Powder Coated, min. 17in.) must be on your vehicle. You may join with stock wheels and then upgrade at a later time. Exceptions allowed for restored Classic and Muscle cars with vintage type wheels, or specialty vehicles such as Bullitt, Mach 1, SVT Cobra, Saleen, Shelby or Roush. D. Vehicles must be painted. No more than 50% primer at any given time. If primered, vehicle must be painted within 6 months if possible. E. New members admittance is probationary. New members must enter a show and place in at least the top 3 of their class before permanent status is given. If new member has already placed in Top 3 before joining Kaotik Rollerz, they do not need to be placed in probationary status, but will be given full membership immediately. F. Stock paint jobs in good condition are allowed. G. Windows must be tinted. Darkness/shade is left up to owners discretion. No rainbow type tint. Some shades of mirror tint are allowed. If tint is faded, peeling, or bubbled, it must be replaced prior to any show appearance. Exceptions allowed for Classic, Muscle and any vehicle that competes in an All Original\Stock category. H. All members must display a club logo somewhere on their vehicle. The size, color, and location may be customized to fit each specific vehicle and the owners specific preferences. Exceptions may be granted and certain rules waived based on circumstances and vehicles. Kaotik Rollerz reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time. Membership may be terminated at any time by the member without any penalty. |
